Utilization Review
Providers complete off site specialty consult requests for review by medical directors. Approvals are assigned authorization numbers, which are then entered in CorrectHM. Once authorizations have been obtained scheduling staff can make the appointments for the specialty care requested. Emergency room runs and off site hospitalization notifications are completed via the system for tracking and reporting purposes.
